All available aggregate “use of force” data from the Troy Police Department, and/or all reports or memoranda describing the Department’s use of force in aggregate, from 2010 to at least 2019. “Use of force” can be considered for example to include when a Troy police officer employs use of force as described in NYS Executive Law §837-T(1).
