All available data on arrests made by the Troy Police Department from 2010 to at least 2019, and/or any report or memorandum (or collection of such) comprehensively describing the Department’s arrests in aggregate, especially those that give a sense of the demographic breakdown of arrests by age, sex, race, charge, or other aggregate characteristics, from 2010 to at least 2019.
