Ordinance authorizing and ratifying the memorandum of agreement between the City of Troy and the Police Benevolent and Protective Association, Inc. for the years 2017-2023 to be drafted by the parties. The future MOA modifies sections of the 2005-2010 contract, the 2011-2012 MOA, and 2013-2017 MOA. All other provisions remain unchanged.
